Highest quality piano bench cushions , manufactured by Jansen (the piano bench manufacturer for Steinway, Baldwin, et al.). Cushions are individually tufted with 1" thick polyurethane foam padding. Cushions attach to piano bench with three string ties, and are reversible. Jansen's design uses a rolled edge (see below), so length and width measurements do not need to be exact. An inch or so plus or minus will still work, but if no exact size below fits your bench, get one that is slightly larger.

14" x 30" Fits most standard benches
14-1/2" x 33" Fits most grand benches
